Combining aerial acrobatics with dance, sports and flexibility. Developing a strong body core and strengthening of the entire torso. Opening up and discovering of your own creativity and inner strength.
Learning strength and flexibility movements. Technique of correct climbing on the silks and the aearial positions.
Workout and stretching are part of the lecture.
The lesson is designed for both beginners as well as advanced attendees.
The lesson lasts 60 minutes:
Ø 20 minutes of warm-up for exercising
Ø 30 minutes of exercise on Aerial silks
Ø 10 minutes final stretching
For the lesson: bring the sports clothes (preferably tight leggings, a tank top and a long-sleeved T-shirt), shoes are not needed.
