The in-depth stretching techniques will improve the flexibility of your legs, back and shoulders. Your posture will improve and muscle tension will be reduced.
The lesson is intended for everyone who is interested in stretching the body and maintaining a healthy spirit in the body.
The lesson lasts 90 minutes:
Ø 20 minutes of intense warm-up
Ø 30 minutes deep stretching of the body
Ø 10 minutes final release
Take comfortable clothes for the lesson in which you will be able to stretch while keeping yourself warm.
